I had E20-10 at first - I don't have the manual for this model- but from the Ir9070 I worked out that it's a toner/dev mechanism. So I shook all the toner botts & stirred in Service mode; this fault went away after that. However, soon after I got E20-481 and I have not been able to shake it off. Please help.
