iRC 3220N add toner / drum lifespan error

iRc 3220N

Machine shows "ADD TONER" or "Replace toner cartridge"
for all the color even thou new cartridges have been installed.
if I press the "Recover Later" it will show an error
"insert toner cartridge".
I am thinking the machine cannot detect / read the cartridge.

another error on the same machine, when I check the drum lifespan
on service mode > copier > misc
all the drum shows 100 even after changing new drums.

so far, I have changed the DC controller but to no avail.
any suggestions?

DC Fuse PCB...I've seen this error for single colors but never for all four.

I just replaced the fuse board for the exact same thing, showed all colors were out of toner

found out the solution:

replace "memory PCB assembly" or "relay PCB"
