Check how paper tracks thru feeder frame by blocking front door interlock to see if paper is skewed as it runs through copier. Does this happen with A4 paper? Try running A4 from same cassette you are running the A3 from. If finisher is attached to copier, pull it away and disconnect it to eliminate it as possible problem. Look at fuser exit area for obstructions.

The problem is for each cassette, the iR 7086 can not be without finisher operated.
Does it do it if you just run 1 copy....if not then you have problem in delivery reversal at duplexer ...check for cuts in duplex flapper or white fingers
The problem always occurs after the second copy after the second or pressure on, and what is the "reversal delivery at duplexer" and what does "cuts in duplex flapper or white fingers" ..
Ypu are misunderstanding me. Run 1 copy....just 1...does it happen? The paper takes a different path when you run more than 1 copy. If it happens just when you run more than 1 the problem is in reversal area. On the top left of the duplex module is a black plastic gate which guides paper into either duplex tray or top of duplex tray for reversal. The ribs on this gate get paper cuts in them over time...same with the little white "fingers" hanging there. Make sure the fingers swing freely or don't have cuts in them...sand the cuts out. Or the gate might be broken where the spring attaches to it. You can run this machine with the finisher disconnected...don't know why you think you can't
