Reader/Print Controller cable for IR2220I

Hi, Does anyone know the Canon part number for the reader/print controller cable for the IR2220I, it looks almost identical to a SCSI cable. We have been sent the wrong cable now on 2 occasions? The Part numbers we have tried are as follows - FG64985 (DDI Power cable) and FH2-6756-000 (DDI INTERFACE) Anyone help!!

so you are working on the 2200 and 3300 series right

Hi, We are working on the IR2220I which was the last version of the IR2200/2800/3300 range and there were a few differences of which 1 was this cable. Have pictures of what the cable looks like but still not getting any luck.

Looked through the Canon parts and could not find IR2220IDid find IR2022IWhich one are you talking about?
