How to interpret the counter on Cannon IR 5020

Hi there. In attempting to justify my departmental need for a new copy machine, I am submitting our total copies printed on our Cannon IR 5020. I pressed the small Counter button on the upper left corner, and this is what it showed:

    101 Total 1 > 00468275

    103 Total (Large) > 00004327

    201 Copy (Total 1) > 00468258

    203 Copy (Large) > 00004327

Which of these is our actual total number of copies made? Hopefully one of the big ones!

    Thanks for your help!

Haha...It may not be warmed up yet by some standards, but the feeder is completely malfunctional, taking in all the pages at once almost EVERY time I use it. It's simply not practical to hover over it and hand feed it hundreds of pages. It also jams regularly, plus it's only b&w. We are trying to upgrade to a Konika Biz Hub C550. What do you think?

Having a TRAINED Canon tech come out and service the copier and replace ADF rollers and sep pads is alot cheaper than a new machine

Wingnut does have a good point. Your problem can be simply be handle. At 468275, this copier has a lot more abuse to be taken. 101. is your total copies on the unit. Its actually approaching that periodic maintenance stage. To get a biz hub, I see more clients upgrade biz hubs to Canon models. I don't know why!

Hm. If I was a small business, I would probably take this advice...

However, I work for a state agency, and my boss's head might explode if I suggested this because she has wanted a new machine with added capabilities (color, able to fold, print pamphlets, brochures, cards...things we usually pay outside printers for) for a while.

Interesting that clients upgrade to canons! Again, in this particular situation, it is a matter of our state now having a contract with Konika. IF our request for the Biz Hub is granted, perhaps the Canon could be passed on to someone else who needs it, now that I know its problems are only a cry for help.

            Thanks!
