It would be useful for us to know what you are trying to accomplish by "resetting" the copier. Do you have an error code you are trying to clear or what?

simple answer:
additional function key,
2, then 8,
additional function,
#Clear,
then ERR or ALL,
if you use the ALL selection, you better have a printout of all user settings, and fax settings, and network settings, as these will be wiped out when you select Clear-ALL

this just clear all machine setting and back to factory setting..but its not to reset the meter..so how to reset the meter...?

Only the consumable counters can be reset, like rollers and things of that nature, the copy counters are meant to show true usage life of the copier...
