Fuser temp adjustment on a canon IR 330s

Rebuilt a Fuser in a Canon IR 330s and is is causing paper to curl to a point of jamming. Paper was changed and still curled. Is there a simulation that can correct this? Any help would be appreciated.....Steve

      Just a consideration...

It doesn't have to be a fuser problem to cause wavy copies (especially on ledger size prints). The ir330 will produce wavy prints when the internal delivery roller shaft becomes worn.

Before I went fiddling with fuser temperatures I would be sure the fuser was rebuilt and the exit roller new. Adjusting fuser temperature is a good way to create other problems.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Take the fuser out and check it over carefully. Look at the nip, check the inlet guide. Try manually feeding paper thru the assembly as well. Chances are your problem is there.
