Is there a knob that adjusts brightness of the display on the IR105? If yes, have you moved this. Try moving it and see if you can see anything. You could try also powering off using main power switch and turning on again.

Check that the copier is plugged into power properly. Is the Boot Rom connected properly? Try reseating it. I've had a copier not turn on if the Boot Rom doesn't work.

            Change the drum cleaning assembly.
One of the vibe motors has shorted...if you know what you're doing you can just change the motor(which is really just a vibrating piezo sensor)for a new one...but if you're not comfortable playing around in this area the just fit a new assembly to the AP Kit.

I'm with Oze....i've had these motors bring 105s down many times. Pull out the process unit and unplug both motor connectors then re-boot machine.

Just unplug the motor M10 and M20 (AP KIT Assembly) and then
                  re-boot the copier ...That's right?
OK I'll try and I'll tell you about the result.
                  Thanks to you all.

I've unpluged the motors (M10,M20 at ap kit)and turn on the main power switch. The Copier still having the problem... I not sure it... this problem will concern with Boot ROM,RAM or Main Controller PCB?If it right... It's hard for me to order spare parts.

Have you tried plugging new motors in?

If the BOOT ROM had failed your copier should not boot at all. I'm not sure what's causing your problem. You could have a faulty DC PCB.

You could try reseating the BOOT ROM and RAM (if you haven't already) and checking that the DC PCB is connected properly to Main Controller.

There's really a lot of different things you can try. It's impossible to know which guess will be the right one without looking at the machine.

                          Just a couple questions first.
When you power the machine up does the green light come on and do you hear anything turn on such as fans? If so which fans?
Do the heater lamps come on?
Try opening all the doors and drawers and see if it powers up. Close things one at a time and see if it shuts down.
Disconnect one connector at a time from the DC controller and see if that changes anything. If you get a change chase down that connector and see what it runs.
We had one that the motor on the cleaning unit was shorted and in order to get it to react the machine had to be unplugged first and plugged back in with the motor unplugged before it made a difference. When we unplugged them with the machine plugged in it didn't reset.
You may be looking at a Main controller or a Power supply/dc relay pcb. Or an all day power supply.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

If everything else works it is probably not the motors or a short in one of the loads. It is more likely a main controller or ram stick. I am not sure if I would go to all the trouble of unplugging all the loads just yet. try reseatting the DIMM if you havent already. I would have a new main controller and DIMMS to try.
