If you check display in service mode, you will find the humidity reading in analog, listed as a %. I've had readings of 40% during the summer-with fresh paper the out put is good. Check the readings- I believe your model comes with a cassette heater. See if it is on, working properly.
In this region the machines don't have this heater. Some customers had to get a dehumidifier if their enviroment is constantly humid-like a basement.

I think he means that it's not fixing properly?
      We need a model at least....for example...if it's a 3570 series change FX-TMP to 3...for an iRC2880 change the TMP-TBL to - 2...you get the idea though...without a model number we're stabbing in the dark here..!!!

        What kind of copier.. Model?
        Moisture is due to environment,
        Humidity is one cause.

        Paper and humidity, don't mix.
When your going to run a job,
make sure you start with fresh
        paper.

i have 5 machines which has a different model. the 3 machines are OK. and i use the same paper. the two machines which is iR5000 and iR5020 has that problem (moist). i found out that in iR5000 i check in service mode <display, analog(temp 32 degree Celsius, HUM 60%, FIX-U 2088 degree Celsius)>. the environment is OK (summer).

Sigh....Summer in the Philippines = High humidity.
Paper manufactured in the Philippines,Indonesia or China have a high moisture content....this combined with summer weather causes issues.
I know this because prior to being a copier tech I was a Guillotine operator in the printing industry and spent 30 years handling paper every day.
Do any of the machines have large paper decks?
The decks have a heater built in and this works well in regions with high humidity(like Northern Australia where I live).
I'm sure you could pick one up second hand for a reasonable price.
Just because you haven't had an issue until now means little.
