    error E000061-0009

    Hello,
    we're printing on a C1 with a Fiery-Rip.
    Sometimes the printer stuck with an error E000061-0009.

    A few weeks ago we had a problem on our servers. The support has updated the C1 and the Fiery. Nothing changes.

    Canon hasn't documented this error

    Check your drum life. If you cleared DC make sure your service mode level 1 values are at spec, especially pascal, laser>pve-ofst. In level 2 make sure V-cont values are within spec. This error code has nothing to do with the C1 just the machine. If the problems persists replace the drums.

      Are we talking about an Imagepress C1 here?
      Check the drum life as Screwy stated and also check the drum read sensor on the AP kit for dirt and make sure that the shutter isn't damaged or displaced.
