    iRC3200 Double Image

Hi guys seems every one facing a lot of problem with iRC3200. Lately I m facing this problem the print out from iRC3200 with double image with all the color overlaping each other. What I have done as the following :

    1)Change the ITB assembly
    2)Salt sensor assembly
3)Clear DC Con, R CON, MMI, MN CON
4)Auto calibiration Full and Quik adjustment.
    5)DC Controller assembly
    6)Main Controller assembly

I notice that in the service mode under DISPLAY> DENS the reading for salt sensor WINDOW Y,WINDOW M, WINDOW C, WINDOW K are all " 0 " which I think is not normal but no idea where go wrong.

Any idea you guys have experience this that can share with me please.

Print out a test page #31, I believe you will find that the different colors do not line up, as they are probably misregistered. If that is the case, then it is usually cured for me by one of 3 things: rebuild the ITB, replace the gears that drive the ITB, Clear DC-Con. I see that you said you changed the ITB asm, was it a new one? Cleared DC-Con, did you reinput the settings after clearing? Replace the clean blade? This can cause drag on the belt inducing the issue in the first place. The gears can have wear that can introduce the issue,,, there are 3: the one on the ITB, the swing gear drive and driven gears mounted on the wall of the copier that engage the ITB gear.

    good luck...

After clearing the dcon, you need to reset the img reg to the "door specs"
The default value rarely works. Re enter the value for this setting from your "p" print. Also be aware that the stack bypass settings are likely going to need to be reentered as well. I only clear the dcon as a last resort for this issue. I also replace the cleaning blade with the belt every time.
