Customer has been using all the features,copy,print and fax but now wants to use scan .When you press the scan button nothing happens is there a feature that has to be turned on or activated. to use this feature. THANKS FOR REPLYS

Scan Button only works on these models to put scanner online or into scanning mode. This only works via USB connection and with tool that is on the CD that came with machine. ScanGear and Capture Perfect programs do not work. If you want to send to e-mail/folder, have to hit Send button. Let us know what the screen says when you push Scan.The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
