Make sure and check all your door specs. I have seen them change "out of the blue" due to a surge or something. This will cause a blank copy and none of the things you have done would have made a difference....

Has they been any error codes in the past with regards to the laser.
Is this machine a printer or are you making copies off the glass?

Check if gear on machine that rotates the drum is ok. I have a couple of these that broke to pieces. No drum rotation-no copy.

            hi adel you are welcome......
to troubleshoot this malfunction you have to check the printer by test print or print report to be sure if the error in printer unit or with the scanner unit.....try to replace the transfer roller...also check the drum unit driving gears check switces&contacts
i hope you goooooood luck....thanks for all.

Check whether the paper is damp or not. Also check the developer engagement system ( the engagement bar ) sometimes the plastic catch behind the bar came off causing different pressure in locking the developer. Change the composite power supply and the transfer unit.

Dev bias...or as simple as not locking the dev back into place after fitting a drum...(a trainee Tech did that with me on a call today)

Are you using an OEM Drum... I have had issues with genaric drum units for this machine...They look ok but they fail quite often. do you still have the old drum. put it back in and try it.

                            do you use original toner?
if not maybe you mis use with toner for ir 7200/8500.
                            It happens once with me.

try to clean the developing and then refill with fresh toner
