E824 and 804 ir5570

having hard time on my error on fans, E824 & E804 giving me headache. I've already replaced fans, dc controller board, power supply. Even tried checking connectors and continuity on involve wires. Can anybody give me some idea/s. I'll appreaciate anybodies suggestions. thanks!

The only thing I can find on the errors involves the harness for FM2. I would trace the harness from FM2 back to the other end and make sure the wires aren't pinched somewhere or try another harness in case the connectors are the problem. Good Luck.

E824-0001. Primary charging cooling fan FM2.
E804- Refers to FM6 on the dc power supply however as mention the wire can be pinch or maybe there's a short on FM2 which can also cause a E824. These codes can of relate to each other. Check the attachment.
