    IRC 3220 and CLC 3220

Might be a silly question but i will ask it anyway ;-)
I have an IRC3220 and I am thinking of buying a just the fiery of the 3220. Could i convert the IRC 3220 to a CLC 3220 by just connecting the fiery?

I don't understand the question. You have a machine with no connection, and you want to connect it?

      You can't convert the IRC3220 to a CLC3220.
They are both the same machine. The IRC is how they marketed them in the states and the CLC is marketed for the UK.

The fiery when mounted to the 3220 becomes the print server. All of your print job data gets rasterized and processes thru the fiery first, then it communicates with the machine, sends the data to the machine and prints.

      Its not a silly question.
I hope you understand the concept.
