Hi teckat,

the printer said just the error "suspended". But some how we figgered out this morning to clear an error in the system so now it works again!

Hi, I'd be most grateful if you could send me the firmware as well. I'm trying to help out a friend whose ir7200 has had an HDD failure. Is it possible to format a new HDD externally or in the machine and then install the firmware? Or does one absolutely need an image of a working HDD?
