[Clutch]

Copier says "adjusting ,waiting to scan" It needs a firmware update. I downloaded Canon update tool, but when I try to run it I get a 339 run time error on my laptop. I've tried e-mail to Canon, they keep telling me to update copier, which is what I'm trying to do. Anybody run into this before???

This ended up being a laptop problem. File "msconctl" or something like that was missing. Went to one of the computer wonk sites and downloaded the file.
