iR 6570 error E061

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with one of my iR6570,it keeps on appearing E601 when it copy,sometimes
when doing heavy loading,tried changing the charger wire,but no help,for th primary charger,the corona
wire be tuned quite low,will tis cause the error???because i dont have the pre-Transfer...........the pre transfer holder broken,,,,and recently i found that on top of the tranfer will get dirty very soon if we do copy in bulk ,.......pleaseeee help

E061 is a potential control error the harness behind the hopper maybe pinched .. turn off Potential control does the sympton change ? potential control pcb and PO measuring sensor maybe be damaged as a result and may require replacing as a SET

1) Remove the laser scanner unit. Is the laser shutter mechanism normal?

NO: Correct the laser shutter mechanism.

yes montana is has the more probable answer ... primary fan duct is probably broken
