what do you mean by it doesn't find the printer?
Are you expecting your PC to go out and auto load the driver for you?
Have you tried pinging the IP address of your 3220?
Do the two devies have the same IP scheme, on the same domain?
You say the cable is ok. Are you connecting straight from your PC to the 3220? If so you need a crossover cable and not a straight RJ45 network cable.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

        set up network printing ?
        installing firmware ? please explain

The machine can be connected to a computer or network with a USB (Universal
Serial Bus) cable, 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet cable, UTP (Unshielded Twisted
Pair) cable, or STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) cable.

The configuration is for impression for the network, simple and without domain.

the IP in the machine is:
                ip: 10.0.0.3
                subnet mask: 255.0.0.0

                The configuration this correctly !

                the board network OK
                cable Ok
                drive Ok
                but not printed

When registering firmware for the iRC3220 there is no distinction between N or C version in the Service Support Tool. When you flash the C3220 simply select 'BOOT' and begin the flash process, the Service Support Tool is intuitive and will select the proper version automatically.

N BOOT Must have the-Color Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit-it comes with an UFR Board (Ultra Fast Rendering Board) that
needs to be installed in the Color imageRUNNER C3200. This board is installed in the slot on the Main
                  Controller underneath the Ethernet PCB.

the following Service Mode setting must be changed on the copier:
                  1. Enter Service mode (Additional Functions > 2 and 8 > Additional Functions).
                  2. Select Copier > Option > Int-Face > IMG-CONT.
                  3. Change the setting of IMG-CONT to the appropriate number (0 - 5) as per the following table:
                  IMG-CONT Setting:
                  Device Attached to the Copier:
                  0
                  Canon Controller (Canon Printer Kit)
                  1
                  imagePASS M1 (v1.0 or v1.1), imagePASS L1
                  2
                  TR Systems/AHT
                  3
                  All EFI Color Controllers
                  4
All EFI Black and White Controllers (Except imagePASS M1(v1.x) & imagePASS L1)
                  5
                  Not currently used

                  4. Hit OK and reboot the copier.
                  * Note: When the IMG-CONT value is set to any number other then a 0; the network settings must be configured on Fiery device setup.
