    Help With Canon IR5000

    the machine give me error code E315 sometimes E315 000d

    i disconnect the feeder unit and the machine also doesn't work

    please give me some help

    this Error code related to abnormality of image data so check on the connection of image conversion board
    also check the SDRAM & HDD.

      This code has nothing to do with the feeder.
      Clean and reseat the SDRAM on the Main Controller pcb.
      For the HD you can try holding down the 1 and 9 keys to perform a Hard Disk Drive defrag.

        DADF D1
        Title : The error code E315-000D is displayed when the DADF D1 is used. Problem :
        The error code E315-000D is displayed when the DADF D1 is used.

        Solution :
        The error code E315-000D is caused by the Reader Controller not communicating with the DADF Controller, try replacing the Reader Controller to correct the E315-000D error code.
        Please note: This may also be caused by a problem with the Hard Drive. Re-loading system software, or replacing the hard drive and re-loading system software may also resolve this problem.
        **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
