To add to Teckat's advice, Service Support Tool, is just that, a tool. You also need the System Software for your copier. SST by itself is useless. There is only one variety of it, it serves all the models. There are different versions of it, but they all do the same thing. The latest version is 4.23.
karanoberai21 asked you a pertinent question as well,, open your front cover and look at the green sticker on the front door to determine which "flavor" of iR5000 you have. The System Software is different for the various models...

my advice for u is simply call your technician and ask him to fix the problem. dont waste your time in searching firmware and sst. it need lots of practice and knowledge to run sst. have a great day
I suggest you ask for it in the forum, I personally don't supply software or manuals, but some others do. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what all is needed to perform the reload...

Think that the question is "WHY" do you need SST and the firmware
Without the understanding how to use it, it's like have a DVD player, without having anything to watch it on
Also Without fully understanding what your doing with SST, it is possible to make a working machine a NON working machine
