Paper Wrinkle after the Fuser on ir550

I am having a problem with a hard crease on the tail edge of paper after the fuser. The rollers appear fine and the paper appears to be entering straight. I have tried 20# and 28# fresh reams.

    Any ideas??

    Thank you

Even if the roller looks good as the LFR gets older it swells unevenly, the ends swell more than the middle. Or the shaft spins in the bearing and wears down causing uneven pressure. I'd replace the LFR and its bearings.

      Check the bushings as well.
