Check the Pivot screw for the oil blade mount it can become loose on front frame side and worn at pivot point.
sometimes paper gets stuck in oil unit
check those oil hoses / make sure customer did not put the wrong oil in it
in the oil assembly , u will see a felt pad change it- messy job
make sure oil pad is on both pivot posts
Easier procedure for lubricating oil pad.
Leave oil pad in plastic bag after removing it from the box .
2. Position oil pad and bag over a trash can.
3. Pour silicone oil into the bag about 1/4 full.
4. Massage silicone oil into the pad through the bag.
5. Pour more oil into the bag if necessary.
6. Remove oil pad from bag as close to the fuser assembly as possible. (Oil pad will be saturated with oil and will drip)
7. Install pad back into assembly.
