customer pulled bottom drawer out while primary feed tires(half moon) were in the down position. the shaft was busted not sure what all has been damaged don't have manual on this copier. Checked precision roller they only have the rollers. Will these parts need to come from Canon???
Is the bottom tray an accessory or part of copier???

if u have three cassette draws, they are part of the Cassette Feeding Module-J1

if four trays>
the two bottom trays are part of the Cassette Feeding Module-K1 , add on option



FB6-1631-030 =SHAFT, for=PICK-UP ROLLER
both units use same shaft

Hello,

Assuming the bottom tray you refer to is one of the standard 2 trays the machine comes with and not as Teckat says an additional cassette unit, they are a part of the machine. However Canon in their infinite wisdom (NOT!) have decided that you cannot buy the whole unit as one piece.

Can you let us know what has been dammaged on the cassette and we may be able to find the correct part code for you, but please be aware that due to the nature of these parts you may have to end u getting them from Canon themselves.

*****make sure u have no damage to the paper feed units/ as in the sensor arms & or missing springs

the feed assy with the half moon pulleys is hanging down on front side. so i guess whatever holds it in place on front side of copier.

The rollers and shaft connect into the main frame of the paper feed assy via a block and bushing. If you are just missing these the part numbers are:
FC6-4351-000 1 SHAFT, ROLLER
FS1-1205-000 1 BUSHING

If the frame itself is dammaged then you will have to replace the whole thing:
FM2-3320-000 1 PAPER PICK-UP ASSEMBLY.
