    [Error Code] Error E007/01

    Hi all

    Customer has asked me to look at an old Canon GR225 with a fault code. E007/01. Could one of you give me a pointer as how to clear. used to do canon years ago but moved over to Ricoh

      Check the fuser unit.
      Fixing film has become displaced or tear
