The spring (FS5-2978-000) on the main drive had slipped over the coupling (FB6-0581-000) causing no drive to the registration rollers. Repositioning the spring resolved the jamming problem.

When copying from the original glass or document feeder, the copy paper will feed to the registration roller and stop. The machine will continue to rotate but the paper will not feed. The unit will have to be shut down to reset the malfunction. This issue only occurs when copying.

Solution :
Check for a loose connection at the DDI-S interface cable. This cable connects the main controller cage to the reader controller.

One other thing to look at is the inlet guide. It gets deformed and the guides pinch together so that there isn't enough clearance for a sheet of paper.

This code is for PS60 image write start sensor. Jam code 0218 can be caused by CL5 and the registration clutch. Check PS60 flag for cuts and also putting a extra wrap on the sensor flag can resolve the jam code.

Thanks to all, problem was spring on main drive.
Now have second problem.
When copy or print A3 everything is ok, but when copy or print A4, machine print 30-40 pages ok and then jam with half image on paper.
It is look like registration problem, but registration and registration brake clutches are new.

Simplex print or copy. Paper stop on transport belts.
When jam, on print no lead edge margine and have about half image on paper.
A3 print or copy OK.

did u check that A4 Tray set up

what happens when u swap trays and or paper location ??

if registration issue still follows the procedure above, it has to be in the software / or something set up in service mode levels
