    IR 400 Printer Board Problem

    Hi Normally when the machine is on the Printer board displays wait... and then it ask whether need for set up or not. we click yes to format HDD. but my machine displays only wait. Check all the Connectors but vain any idea?

      Re-install the RAM sticks. If it does not work, you have a bad HDD. It probably would be cheaper to replace the whole board with a salvage one.

          Or you can try reloading firmware with the PDL downloader.
