    finisher cannot be used ir 3035

    hello guys can you help me about my problem of my ir 3035 theres an error appear on the screen with a wringe icon it said "finisher cannot be used" i try to clean all the sensors and clear the error in the service mode function and dosent change still the error was there now i will try to check the board because i notice that the tray of the finisher was not moving and initialize when i tried to open then close the door or turn of and on the machne, any idea guys? All your help would be appreciated, thank u in advance.godbles you all..expecting of all your reaply.thanx and more power to all of you!

      go into Additional Functions>Common Settings>Limited Functions Mode and select "OFF".

              Afterwards, check the error history because something caused it to go into that mode.
