    iR2230 pull scan problem

    Have these iR2230 which upgrade to network printer. Problem is can't install the scan gear tool in Window 7 computer. Is give a messegge that the driver does not support. The scan gear tool driver version which I have 2.2 V. Tried download from canon website 32bit and 64bit still fail to install...

    Any comment guys...?

      It is what it is.
      If it says it does not support it then it does not support it.
      I'm sure Canon will update the tool.
