    Erro code E353 canon cp 660

    hello guys, the problem that i post before about the E353 of canon cp 660 is the serial number mis match of the rcon and the eeeprom, the problem is how can i input the serial number into the machine and where i can find it? there are no instruction on the service manual.

    is there any body knows how to configure my problem? Please!!!. thank you very much in advance...

      U Can try this> in service mode search for OPTION>USER>SERIAL -then enter serial number of the reader unit

      I never heard of that code on this model

          Thank you sir teckat for the help i will try it, i already downloaded and read the manuals but the said error was not there i try to search in the net and it said that theres a mis match of serial number,

          where excatly the reader unit? is this was the scanner? i already input that in the machine the serial number was only 5 digits and i cannont input letters just only numbers, i back to the machine but all the serial number there are having a letters. anyway i will try again sir.

              your best bet may be to call Canon International Office

                          thank you sir canoNir for the response of my problem i only have a service manual for the machine that sir teckat gave to me well you mean to say i need to search service manual for the IMAGE READER? do you have a service manual for that image reader? can i have it sir or even the instruction only thank you very much in advance.

                          im so very tired of troubleshooting my mind was freaking oh my goodness! help me my angel guys!!!
