image runner 1600 jam at fixing unit

hello guys! i just want to ask something about the ir 1600 that always jam at the fixing unit and i notice that when i take out the jam paper i saw some small amount of dry toners in the fixing(after fuser roller) cause of jam paper it blocks the drive way of the paper. i pull out the fixing assembly unit and clean the remaining dry toners and make some copies. when you touch the fonts of the made copies you will feel that was look like emboss letter on the paper.i make some adjustment to lessen the density of the imge/letter into the (sharpness i adjust and the exposure in the add function keys) and it would be okey no jam paper will be occurs.but the emboss fonts are still there.
when i try to change the Developing assembly the copies become good and the fonts are already fix on the paper.
but im was thinking i know that those adjustment that i've done its not right and it was not a right procedure.
so sir do you have some ideas if theres some adjustment needed in the service mode. and how can i know if the developing cylinder are still ok or not cause the developing unit are to much costly.

once again i am very much thankfull on your concerns and help. my god bless you all!!!

                    - yah guys some of the machine we are using katun brand but we prefer to use katun usa than katun from china the quality was better than china, but in some of our client we used the original toners but i think its d same problem.
                    - sir maks i already try to clean the contacts of the dev. unit and its the same but anyway thanks for the additional info.
                    - i will try to monitor the said toner compatibility and i will repost again if the problem was on the toner or in the dev unit. but if ever is there some adjustment on the program what i mean in the service mode? about the said bias? for sir teckat said before.

thank you guys for giving me a time and help about my problems.

yah sir zaza was right im was working here at libya(part of north africa)

                    THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS!!!
