u probably have an issue with the ITB unit/ on this model i would try to find a trained Canon tech/ the ITB unit is not something for an end user to handle

Or your lasers may need some manual adjusting.
        Check my thread, http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ca...on+canon+model
There's some info regarding registration issues.

the main cause why color displacement happend its because of an old drum.look at your drum life at service mode.

Bad drums can cause registration image faults
But I have its not the main reason. There other factors
that precisely play a bigger role with registration displacement.

There may be a problem with the ITB drive assembly. Make sure the updated ITB drive assembly and gear have been installed.

The transfer belt may be slipping on its drive rollers. Try removing the transfer belt cleaning blade and running a couple of copies, if the problem goes away the transfer belt is definitely slipping. Remove the ITB assembly and the transfer belt and clean all drive rollers with alcohol, also be sure to clean inside the transfer belt. (It is still possible the transfer belt may be slipping even if the problem does not go away after removing the cleaning blade so removing and cleaning the transfer belt drive rollers is still recommended).

The pattern correction data stored in the DC Controller may be corrupt. Try clearing dc-con ram. You can run a test copy to see if the dc-con clear resolved the problem prior to inputting back up data. (Be sure you have run a PPrint: Copier/Function/MiscP/PPrint prior to performing any ram clears so back up data can be reentered).

NOTE 2: If the color registration problem only occurs on HEAVY PAPER try setting service mode level 2, Copier/Option/Body/CLR-SHFT to 1. Keep in mind this will reduce heavy paper productivity by approximately 1/3.

best to try and get a 3200 service manual/& give it to this Kyocera tech.

i remove the itb blade and tried test print the pics are bit find but it has dirty background or maybe because it has no blade on it, question is it okey to hold or wipe the transfer belt?
im going to disassemble the ITB by myself to clean the rollers, but a little bit hesitant due to the transfer belt.
heres the output print. sorry i dont have digicam, low resulotion pix cause web cam use.

get a manual before taking apart that ITB unit

never run copies without the blade/

u can clean belt> be careful> easy to damage

i replace the blade unit every-time i replace ITB sheet or ITB unit
