Is the 5020 an updated 5000? Need to order things for this model and flash firmware.

if the 5020/5020i/6020/6020i hard disk must be replaced (including formatting of the disk), it is important to keep in
mind that the files of the MEAP applications stored on the disk will be lost, requiring reinstallation of MEAP
applications in addition to the work normally performed at time of replacement. The MEAP counter readings
however are backed up as in the case of existing counters, and they will be retained.

There is no means of upgrading a base model ( imageRUNNER 5000/6000 or imageRUNNER
5000i) to a MEAP model ( imageRUNNER 5020i).**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
