pains the eye? can anyone help please?
are u a tech. or end user ??
u have to check the obvious first> u need to print out a PG6 GRID Pattern to determine if issue is in paper feed or cross-feed.
if u are a tech. and issue is cross-feed,u can clear Reg.Data in Level 2-Enter Service Mode: Level 2 > Copier > Function > Clear > Reg/Clear. Highlight Reg/Clear and press OK.
After performing the clear, reboot the machine and perform a Gradation Quick Adjust and then a Full Gradation adjust. u can do a DCon clr if that does not work/ but u have to print out a P PRINT Report to input the settings back.
As an ITB is used, over an extended period of time, it may become loose causing a small buckle to occur. This buckle may cause the image on the ITB to become blurred or smeared.
Also the ITB belt interior drive rollers become slick/backside of belt becomes dirty/causes it to slip and drift= blurry copies/prints.
Belt Needs to be replaced if old/ or interior rollers cleaned.
u could also have a Drum/Laser issue/ or need to do a Pattern Readeradj.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

You have been asked questions and not replied. If you hope to receive assistance with your problem, communication is the key!
My question for you is this: are the colors not lining up, so you have a misaligned/rainbow effect on color prints, and are black and white prints o.k.?
