iR 1022iF Scanning in Win 7

Hello,

I use XP till now and iR Toolbox work fine. Now I have Win 7 but scaning and Toolbox don t work.

I connect with USB.

Any instruction for this.

I install new drivers and fax driver but when install Toolbox they dont install me TWAIN driver. I tray to find Toolbox for win 7 but don t find.

don't think iR Toolbox for 1022if supports WIN 7

I'm not sure you can scan via usb connection. Scanning is mostly done with via network connection.

don't know about 1022if but u can with below models

imageRUNNER 1023 / 1023N / 1023iF

Network ScanGear is not supported with the imageRUNNER 1023 / 1023N / 1023iF models.

Color pull scanning is available on these models via the USB 2.0 interface using ScanGear iR and iR Toolbox.
Push scanning via Color Universal Send is available on the imageRUNNER 1023iF (not on the imageRUNNER 1023 / 1023N).

The imageRUNNER 1023 Series includes color scanning capabilities as a standard option. Color scanning is supported over a USB 2.0 connection,There are two methods used for color scanning:
ScanGear iR - ScanGear iR is a 32-bit TWAIN and WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) compliant driver that is bundled with the main unit. WIA is a standard for downloading images from scanners or digital cameras (on Windows XP only). Through the imageRUNNER 1023 Series color scan feature, users can capture and digitize important information for easy storage/archival or incorporate it into other documents electronically from the platen glass or DADF.

ScanGear iR is user-friendly and is a great tool for small businesses and workgroups with light scanning requirements.

2. iR Toolbox - In addition to its advanced scan driver, the imageRUNNER 1023 Series includes Canon iR Toolbox, an intuitive, easy-to-use tool bar that sits on the desktop and takes the complication out of scanning. Along with the ability to specify a multitude of scan settings, iR Toolbox lets you choose from a variety of additional options such as:

[Mail]: The document will be scanned and attached to an e-mail message in your email application.
[OCR]: The text will be scanned and read by the OCR software.
[PDF]: The text will be scanned and saved as a PDF file.
[Scan-1], [Scan-2]: The text will be scanned and appear in the registered application (up to 8 characters long).

OK guys.

I download driver from net separatly. PCL6, UFRL.., FAX and when start all as in XP dont work becouse TWAIN driver missing and not in the net under win 7.

Today I use old CD wich come with machin where all drivers install together and machin work OK.
