Thank you very much to both 0f you for your reply.
As SCREWTAPE said Fuser problem, I tried to change Film only. But the problem was remaing same. So does it rquire to change the complete unit or only any one part? If any part is require to change like film, drum, blade or anything, then please let me know.
Also I want to know clear info abt DEV. What is the dev? arcing?
Request to you please reply me. Problem is still there.

Somebody is saying that this problem might be with mirror and saying to clean it. Should I go throught it?

It is not a mirror issue, it would affect all prints if that were the case. Arcing in the drum or the developer can cause the defect that you have provided. Look to the replacing/swapping of the drum or the developer to resolve your problem...

              Hi,

Thank you very much to everyone for repling to help me.
I had tried lots of thing to resolve the issue. But I found the problem with Rod which is picking up the paper from the tray. There was lots of toner gathered on the Rod. Due to this reason, it was giving this type of problem. But still it is under observation and will inform you if any problem comes.

              Thank you very mcuh.

                          Dear Frends,

Thank you very much for investing your time to reply me and read this query [whoever not able to reply].
One more question I would like to ask you that, if I try to open Remote UI of this machine through Internet Explorer, it is not opening, even after this machine is configured on TCP/IP. And everybody is firing their prints through configured TCP/IP no only from their comps. Somebody told me that to update the Firmware. But I am not able to find anywhere the said Firmware for this machine. If sombdoy has the same please let me know or mail me on my email ID pramod.patil1803@yahoo.co.in

                          Thanks and Regards,
