[Misc] My NAVI Password no longer works on My laptop??

I didnt change it. It's the same one that I always had: the default one. With canon as the user name.
Any ideas why how it may no longer be valid?

If you go into C:\Canon_SSS2\servicenavigator\ServiceNavigator.in i
You can change the login ID option.

You can change the login ID

[LOGIN_INPUT] Display=0

This will disable the login ID
