Could be fuser or power related.

Thermistors are inside the fixing film assembly. I have never rebuilt one of these fusers, so I can offer no advice on that avenue.

          Use your common sense.

Change the fuser unit if its due or close to its life expectancy.

Power supply for power related issue.

Most likey its going to be a the heater on the fixing flim ass'y.

check the thermostat if theres a continuity using tester (V.O.M) if theres no continuity try to shock it a little bit you can use screw driver or other hard things sometimes the copper inside doesent contack i try it many times and its work. test also the heater like sir screwtape said.

              Dear Frens,

I m not able to resolve the issue. Pls guide me. I tried as per remilee said. But nothing has happened. Few days back I had changed the Fuser Film of the unit. Still I have to change the complete unit or just I have to replace the Fuser Film?

              Please help me.

Screwtape is exactly right. Replace the fuser assembly to fix your problem ---------or if cost is an issue replace the fixing film assembly FM2-3346-000. This part includes both the heater and sleeve. Replace either one & be done with it.
