If I remember right those had the hard service switch not the *28* to get into service mode.
Open front cover and look for a small hole in one of the covers, use a paperclip or toothpick to press the switch.
Once in service mode press *4* Function.
    Press Clear.
    Press OK.
Switch OFF/ON at main switch near where the power cord comes in, not the switch on the control panel.

      Which code? E007?

This advice is for technicians only, if you are not one,,, CALL one!

If that is the case, open front cover, jam the small blue brush tool into the slot in the fuser cover that the finger on the door presses into, the door interlock will need to be "made" as well. There is a small round hole in the cover above the fuser, use a paper clip straightened to lightly press the service switch behind the cover. Press the * key(the one in the 10 key pad area) twice to enter service mode. Select Function, 1st screen select Clear and press O.K. Copiers restarts. Then re-enter service mode, Function, and navigate to the 14th screen, and run Film Comeback. This will recenter the fixing film. If that fails, it is fuser time!
