Different copy size when copying from ardf on canon ir3300

Hi everyone.

This is what happen.............When i put a original, whose size is "oficio" (this is the mexican legal which is 8 1/2 X 13.5) the resulting copy is incomplete by at least 3 in. Can you help me??
By the way, when i copy the original by the copyboard glass everything is fine, only when i do it by the ardf.

There has been a change in the adjustment procedure for the Document Tray Width Adjustment (A/B Type,Inch Type). Follow the procedure below, to adjust the feeder.



Also>>>Enter service mode {*28*} copier>option>user. Select MF-LG-ST, then change it from default 0 to extra length mode 1. After changing the setting, press the reset button twice to exit service mode then reboot the machine.
