    [Error Code] 6570-e804

    I have a canon 6570 that with E804-0001, was changed IH power supply and fan FM7, unresolved, please help

      E804-0001 can be caused if there is a short in the harness for FM2.
      Check the harness located on the Primary Fan Duct.

          E804-0001
          Disconnect FM2. If FM7 begins to turn and the machine displays a E824 error, then check the FM2 harness located on the Primary Fan Duct. click on pic>

          Check for a short to ground and trace this to the area of concern.
          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

              This error code caused of the cooling fan of the DC power supply FM6 located on the left side of the device
