In IR 3300 machine shows paper jam at 2nd tray while switching on the machine but there is no paper at that point. some times it works fine. i tried with another paper feeding unit and paper sensors. but no result. any suggestion pls.

Paper jam shows only when the Machine is switched ON, Physicaly there is no paper jamed in the machine, and also i tried with another paper feeding units and sensors, but no result.

what is the JAM CODE/ look in history/
it appears to be a connector problem or supply voltage to sensors in units / get a Manual to check connection supply voltages
