    IR3100cn showing code E00014-001

    hi,

    when i turn on the machine, it take one cycle and showing E00014-001. what it means and what i should do. plz help me.

      Code points to excess load on fixing motor- translation - something is binding up and offering resistance when motor trys to turn fuser. I would start diagnosis by removing the fuser from machine & see if it turns smoothly by hand. If its all stiff & difficult to turn by hand you need to replace or repair the fuser.
