    iR5870

    When i make copies from glass/feeder the paper jam at upper roller and it shows error 800-001.
    Anybody knows this problem please help me.

      did you change anything in fuser unit?. check for sound in machine check all fuses in dc controller. if any fuse blown, first you find the short circuit and change the fuse.

          There's a couple of things that can cause this error.

          Make sure the Fixing/Feeding Unit is properly engaged inside the copier.

          Also its is caused by a loss of 24V to the Fixing Interlock with the door closed

          Or a bad DC controller.
