    Jam err in imagepress C1 :

    Hi , (sorry for my english)
    i have a persistent jam error (restart, clear err in service mode)
    in service mode jam list this :
    Time 1 - 1637 / TIme2 1638 / L 0 / code 010D / P 01

    there isnt any paper in the machine

    PD . Where can i get a Service Manual for this, i have for CLC 1120 / 5100

    Code refers you to a delay jam before the inner delivery sensor. When you were in service mode to get the jam code you should have reviewed the jam further. You can Touch any Jam Indication screen to go to the detailed screen of that particular type of jam. It will bring up a diagram of the machine and show you on the display exactly where the jam occurred and give you the sensor involved. I hope that this helps you.

      Make sure your Firmware is updated >System Software version 51.01 corrected an issue where a 010D code could be declared incorrectly.



      There is a great Tech pub on 010D Jams for this model/ came out last year 8 pages . on Fixing Belt Assembly Maintenance
