    Ir 5000 fixing feeder assy

I have an IR 6000 parts machine. Just out of curiosity ----- can the entire fixing feeder drawer assy be removed and slid into an IR 5000 or is the wiring on the whole assy different. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Its the wiring to the big connector on the back that worries me ... I know all the parts are the same and it will fit into the machine just fine. I'll try it today and let you all know. Thanks again to you guys. You're always prompt in responding.

The differences in the 5000 and 6000 family are in the controller cage.

It is the same provided it is the same voltage (115volts and 240volts)

You should have no trouble taking the whole assy. As was previously posted, all the programming & speed differences are on the DC controller, not in the RDF. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
