This problem is closely associated with the IP board. Steps that can be taken are; Clearing the IP pcb using Service Mode>Copier>Function>Clear>IP; this will initialize the IP pcb. When this will not clear the C-KILL, try cleaning the removable dimms located on the surface of the IP pcb and re-seat them back to their original locations. If the C-KILL is still displayed, flash the IP pcb with the appropriate version and/or replace the IP pcb as necessary.
