    IR2270 2 sided

    Machine always scans for 2 sided copies but 2 sided is not selected. I think there may be a setting somewhere that needs to be defaulted. TIA

    enter service mode level 2 > COPIER > OPTION > BODY ><SCANSLCT set to "0">.

    If the setting is "1" the feeder will scan the original twice. Set to "0" for single scanning.

      When you mean scanning 2 sided.

      Do you mean scanning as scanning to a file folder or;

      When your just making copies?

      If its when you copy.

      Try initializing your copy or common settings.

        SCREWTAPE/ i think poster means scanner moves twice on same doc/ not a reverse pic up from try/

        if it's just for scanner moving twice under same doc/ that level 2 fix will work for single scan
        set up
