Ok...so lets review....You had that code come up then it reset and worked for a day & then reoccurred. Screwtape & Teckat are right to begin with the yellow toner. Like Teckat I'm unclear as to whether or not the machine is working now but if its not here is where we go next. This is a problem with toner supply. The atr sensor in the dv unit asks for toner to restore the ratio of dev & toner in the dv unit. Then motor M20 (for yellow) turns and supplies toner restoring the proper ratio. Bootleg toner could give bad readings causing your trouble. The rotation of the toner feed screw is monitored by a sensor. The sensor or motor M20 could be at fault. Have you cleaned the sensor & checked the motor yet? Other possibilities are the drum unit itself or the dev drive assy. How old is that yellow drum unit? Hope this helps. Please post the fix so we all benefit.sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.comComment
