Quick question-I dont have a user manual in front of me-when a fax is forworded to email, how do you stop the fax from printing?

think u can do it in RUI for 2525
in RUI menu
Additional functions > Settings > Send/Receive Settings > Fax Settings> User Settings
or in RUI> Add. Func>Forwarding Settings >Select Store/Print Received Doc and set it to On or Off.
Or on Copier / turn the 'Store/Print Received Document' option Off. To turn it Off, do the following: 1. Hit Additional Functions.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Forwarding Settings.
4. In your Forwarding Rule, select Store/Print Received Doc and set it to On or Off. Turning this On allows the copier to process the received job as it normally would after forwarding it (will print or store it). Turning this Off will cause the copier to forward the incoming fax only.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
